Marketing — optional

Third-party content
Some pages may embed content from other platforms — for example a video on a Journal article. These embeds can set their own cookies once you interact with them. We use privacy-enhanced modes where the provider offers one, but we do not control third-party cookies. Check the provider’s own policy for details.
How to control cookies
Through our banner. The cookie banner appears on your first visit. You can accept all, reject all non-essential, or choose category by category. To change your mind later, click Cookie settings in the site footer.
Through your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the cart and checkout.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where your browser sends one, treating them as a request to disable analytics and marketing cookies. We do not act on the older Do Not Track header, which has no agreed interpretation.
California residents
Under the CCPA/CPRA, some of the activity described under Marketing may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out using the banner, the footer link, or a GPC signal. We do not sell personal information for money.
Changes
If we add a cookie or change how an existing one is used, we update this page and, where the change requires it, ask for your consent again.
