Every order is packed to order in our Fuzhou workshop and handed to the carrier within 48 hours of your payment clearing. Tea is a fresh product — we do not hold pre-packed stock, and we do not ship from a third-party warehouse.
Where we ship
We currently ship to:
- United States — all 50 states and Washington, D.C. (PO boxes accepted for Standard only)
- European Union — all 27 member states
- Rest of world — not available at launch. If you are outside these regions and would like to order, write to [email protected] and we will arrange a one-off quotation.
We do not ship to freight forwarders or to addresses we cannot verify. Orders to such addresses may be cancelled and refunded in full.

Free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout when your order subtotal reaches $60.00, after any discount codes and before tax.
Transit times start the day after dispatch, not the day you order. Weekends and public holidays in both China and the destination country are not counted as business days.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed to the address on your order within 48 hours of dispatch. If you have not received it after three business days, check your spam folder first, then write to [email protected] with your order number (format LU-####).
Tracking for Standard shipments sometimes stops updating for several days while the parcel clears customs. This is normal and is not a sign that the parcel is lost.
A gift note
You can add a gift note in the order notes field at checkout. We write it by hand on a card and leave prices off the packing slip. If you would like the parcel shipped directly to the recipient, use their address at checkout — we will not include an invoice.
Taxes, duties and import charges
United States. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown as a separate line before payment. We collect it on behalf of the applicable state where we are registered.
European Union. VAT is collected at checkout under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. Prices shown to EU customers include VAT where required by local law.
Import duties. Depending on the destination, your parcel may be subject to import duty or a customs handling fee levied by the carrier. Where these apply, they are charged to the recipient on delivery and are not included in your order total. Tea is a low-value agricultural product and the majority of parcels we ship arrive without any additional charge.
If you refuse a parcel to avoid an import charge, the parcel is returned to us and we refund the order total less the outbound shipping cost we have already paid.
Delays outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier backlogs, severe weather, or industrial action. If your parcel is delayed by more than 14 days past the upper end of the estimated window, write to us — we will open a carrier investigation and, if the parcel cannot be located, refund or replace it at our discretion.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your address carefully before paying. Once an order is dispatched we cannot change the destination. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an address error, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; the second shipment is charged at our cost price.
